Ensuring Child Rights - A Guide for Socio-Behavioral Practices for Industry Employees
By Ayaan Goyal
Empowering Employees to Protect Child Rights
I developed Child Rights Matter, a comprehensive guide designed to help industry employees adopt child-friendly practices and uphold ethical standards in their operations. This initiative bridges the gap between corporate responsibility and child rights advocacy, ensuring businesses play an active role in protecting vulnerable children.

Guide Creation & Validation
I worked extensively on research and content development, ensuring the guide provides clear, actionable steps for FMCG employees. The guide was validated by Retd. Justice Mukul Mudgal, reinforcing its legal credibility, along with contributing to the guide - a forward.
Training & Awareness Workshops
Conducted interactive sessions with FMCG employees and HR teams to translate the guide into everyday action. These workshops focus on identifying red flags, reporting mechanisms, and building a child-conscious workplace culture from the ground up.
Endorsements from Child Rights Authorities
To maximize impact, I sought and secured endorsements from state and national child rights authorities, further establishing the guide as a valuable resource for ethical corporate practices.
Publication & Corporate Adoption
The guide is now being introduced to companies, encouraging them to integrate child-friendly policies into their supply chains and workplace environments. By promoting corporate adoption, I aim to create long-term systemic change in the industry.
